Includes visual inspection, testing as appropriate, documentation, expert report if requested and professional opinions regarding cause, origin, and scope.

Initial Case Review / File Evaluation
Includes review of pleadings, reports, photos, videos, and preliminary opinions regarding plumbing causation and scope. Does not include an expert report.

Written Expert Report
Includes formal report preparation suitable for litigation, insurance disputes, or appraisal proceedings.

Case strategy discussions, technical explanations, and pre-litigation guidance.

Deposition Testimony
$325 per hour
2-hour minimum billed

• Preparation Time (including records review and submission): $325/hour (billed in 15-minute increments, or any portion thereof)
• Travel Time (to and from court): $325/hour
• Court Appearance: $1,300 minimum (covers up to 4 hours)

Any time exceeding the 4-hour minimum, along with all additional costs, will be billed following the court appearance and are due upon receipt.
