Includes formal report preparation suitable for litigation, insurance disputes, or appraisal proceedings.
Case strategy discussions, technical explanations, and pre-litigation guidance.
Deposition Testimony
$325 per hour
2-hour minimum billed
Court Appearances, Testimony, and Related Fees: The fee structure for court appearances is as follows:
Preparation Time (including records submission): $275/hr. (billable in 15-minute increments or any portion thereof)
Time spent on Court premises (without testifying): $275/hour.
Compensation for travel to and from court: $275/hour
The minimum charge for a court appearance: $1100/4hr minimum.
The remainder of the costs will be billed after the court appearance and will be due upon receipt.
